Free Help Line

We introduced our Helpline service in 2001  and we have virtually eliminated downtime throughout our national photo booth network.

We offer a free helpline service to our regular customers even after warranty periods have long expired. Just call our service team anytime and we will call you back – typically we would have most photo booth issues resolved in a matter of minutes.

The helpline has slashed downtime on photo booths leaving machines fully operational without having to wait for a service engineer to visit. If however you would prefer to have an engineer visit, that’s no problem we can usually be on site within 24 hours and in most cases same day to ensure that your photo booth is operating at maximum profitability.
